Argentine actor Esteban Lamothe recounted some of the most uncomfortable and outright harassing situations he experienced during nightclub appearances, especially in his early years of fame. He described how, on more than one occasion, he ended up in tense situations with an intoxicated audience. 'It happened to me that in some situations I was groped, that they held me too tightly, that they tried to kiss me, or drunk people,' he shared. According to his account, these episodes repeated themselves, especially 'when you made an appearance, you went to the clubs at four in the morning and the people were very drunk.' Lamothe recalled that in that context, people would often line up to greet him: 'When they are going to greet you, they throw themselves at your mouth.' Even on stage, the actor experienced similar situations: 'They would bring someone on stage, and when they came towards me, some were crying.' During that night, among overwhelming hugs, smudged makeup, and screams, there came a point where he had to retreat behind the stage to clean his face: 'My face was flushed, from time to time I had to go back and wipe it with some wipes and continue.' The most extreme moment occurred at the end of that appearance: 'When I came down from there, they took me to the Fiat Duna waiting outside to get to Salta, because at six in the morning I had another appearance.'
